Welcome Back!

So I finalllly got to sub at my elementary art placement while Jen was away at the NAEA Conference in New Orleans. It was great getting to teach art at the elementary level again. It made me realize how much I missed teaching art to that age range. I spent two days teaching 4th and 5th grade and two days teaching kindergarten and 1st grade. I found this waiting in my classroom the first day of subbing, left behind by some of my fourth graders:

Needless to say, they were pretty excited to see me. And yes, I did go and have lunch with them.
