My Artsy Winter Break

I was lucky enough to go to Chicago over winter break for the FIRST TIME EVER!!! We visited the Chicago Art Museum for a day. It's always amazing to see the artist we have been learning about in person.

American Gothic look alike!

This is a Cubist painting by Pablo Picasso. 3rd graders used this as inspiration for their Picasso Monsters.

K-2 all learned about Wassily Kandinsky and his crazy lines!

3rd grade learned about Andy Warhol on their Complementary Bessie the Cows.

3rd grade learned about Roy Lichtenstein during their onomatopoeia project.
